How To Manage Favorites

Introduction

The amount of exercises can feel overwhelming and you may find your way through all of them better and faster by keeping them organized through lists of favorites.

Favorites

Flex Quest comes in with a default favorites list. You can mark an exercise as favorite by clicking the bookmark icon next to the exercise name (on the right). A new dialog window will open so you can choose the list of interests.

Recent exercises

Another way to access exercises is through the list of recent exercises. If you’ve done it recently, you might do it soon again and that list stores the 50 most recent exercises you’ve performed.

You can access the list by clicking the “Recent” menu item from the exercises section of the app. You can also access the list when looking for an exercise by going to the filters tab and selecting “USER LISTS”.

Custom lists

If that’s not enough, you can also create your own custom lists. You may want to keep them organized differently for different reasons, because of the different gyms you workout at, because of the equipment you have at home compared to your favorite gym, or because you just want to keep aside your favorite exercises.

You can create a custom list in two ways:

  • From the exercises section of the app, click “New List” on the menu, fill in the name and click “OK”.
  • When clicking the bookmark icon next to an exercise name, a new dialog window opens to select which list the exercise belongs to. There, you can also create a new list on the fly and directly add that exercise to it.

You can then find all your lists at the bottom of the menu from the exercise section of the app. You can edit it by clicking on it and going to the “SETTINGS” tab on the right. From there, you can rename, delete and re-order your custom lists.
