How To Use The Offline Mode

Introduction

Because you may not always have access to the internet while working out or planning your next workouts, we decided to implement an offline mode to help you get the most out of the app.

But like any offline mode, there are few things to consider to avoid possible data loss.

Before going offline

That is going to sound obvious and silly but… before going offline, be online! Just make sure you are logged into the app with the device you plan to use while being offline.

While offline

While offline, you can use most of the app features about training, exercises, measurements and access a few settings.

Of course, some features like updating your password, your email and accessing app policies will not work. You must be online to access those services.

Besides that, just use the app as you would normally do. You will notice a little cloud icon on the top right corner of the app to let you know you’re offline.

WARNING 1: DO NOT LOG OUT WHILE BEING OFFLINE OR YOU WILL LOSE RECENT DATA!

WARNING 2: Do not access the app from another device, that could result in data loss (whether you’re online or not).

Back online

The app will automatically detect once internet connectivity is back and will synchronize the data to the cloud. You do not have to do anything for that to happen.

That’s it. Using the offline mode is as seamless as it can be. Just make sure to log into the app while being online, and do not log out while being offline.
